Travis and Jason Kelce got into the swing of things Friday when they teed off in a bid for yet another sporting achievement.
The brothers headlined the star-studded field at the American Century Classic – a golf tournament where a host of athletes and celebrities, including quarterback Aaron Rodgers, compete on the course to raise money for charity.
After opting against Thursday’s practice round, the two Super Bowl winners finally took to the fairways alongside former NFL tackle and Amazon Prime analyst Andrew Whitworth to kickstart their tournaments Friday afternoon.
In DailyMail.com video, Jason, sporting his signature on-course straw hat and a black polo, is seen stepping on to the tee box with an iron. The Philadelphia Eagles legend then just narrowly sent his shot creeping into the rough on the right handside.
Meanwhile Travis, dressed in a clay green Nike tour polo and white cap, also addressed his ball with an iron in his hand and fired his crisp shot safely into the fairway.
However, the hole quickly unraveled for the Kansas City Chiefs star as he almost struck the crowd with his approach shot into the green at the opening par-4.

The tight end’s older brother, Jason Kelce, also took to the course in the same group
The NFL siblings were supported by their father, Ed Kelce, as he watched on from the fringes of the fairways.
And the Kelce patriarch may not be the only special guest. Travis and Jason took to the fairways amid speculation that the tight end’s A-List girlfriend Taylor Swift could make an impromptu appearance on the banks of Lake Tahoe.
Travis and the pop sensation have been popping up across America this summer, with the songstress recently surprising fans with an unplanned performance at Kelce’s Tight End University in Nashville.
And rumors of another surprise appearance reached fever pitch Thursday when Entertainment Today host Kevin Frazier appeared on The Dan Patrick Show and appeared to hint at a secret ‘event’ the pair have planned over the next few days.
‘I don’t think Travis is going to show up for today’s practice round,’ he said on air on Wednesday, in a prediction that proved to be correct.
‘And that’s the smart thing to do when you have this much heat on you. By 10 o’clock there’ll be a lot of people out here, moving around will be tough. I’m sure he and Taylor have a house up here somewhere.’
Patrick then interjected to ask whether Frazier thought Swift would be in attendance over the course of the weekend.
‘I think she will come,’ he responded, adding: ‘I think there might be a little event they’ll have, we’re hearing…’
Fueling further rumors of her attendance is the news that her good friend Keleigh Teller is also expected to be at the course, supporting her husband, actor Miles Teller, who is competing alongside Kelce.

However, as the tight end lined up his shot on the first at Edgewood Tahoe Resort, there was no sign of the 14-time Grammy Award winner, DailyMail.com can reveal.
The three-time Super Bowl winner and brother Jason, however, arrived on the South Tahoe shore Thursday afternoon with DailyMail.com spotting the pair on the driving range soon after.
Opting to keep a low profile, they instead waited for the crowds to disperse and turned up later to enjoy a quiet hour honing their skills.
In exclusive video, both brothers can be seen practicing, with Travis faring significantly better than his older brother as they warmed up ahead of the tournament.
At one point, Jason slices his iron shot to the right and can be heard muttering ‘wow’ under his breath.
A few moments later, he sent a drive high into the air and commented: ‘Well it was a good baseball shot.’
Later that evening, they displayed an entirely different skill set. Brushing off a few errant shots on the range, Jason put down the golf clubs and picked up a microphone as he joined his younger brother on stage.
The duo wowed the crowds with a performance to make Swift proud – whether she was there to see it or not – in the tournament’s annual karaoke competition.

Travis, the reigning champion, opted to team up with his older brother in a bid to defend his title from last year with the NFL siblings putting on a rock and roll worthy performance.
They belted out – in Jason’s case, growled out – a rendition of Bob Seger’s 1978 hit ‘Old Time Rock & Roll,’ which proved to be a true crowd pleaser.
The Kansas City Chiefs star punctuated his performance with the occasional hip thrust as he serenaded the audience, while Jason, dressed in a golf shirt with the sleeves ripped off and a cowboy hat, sprinkled in a sidestep as he amped up the crowd.
The display peaked, however, when the brothers broke out into a choreographed dance break, busting out moves including a line dance and air guitar.
The star-studded event includes the likes of Charles Barkley, Steph Curry, and Aaron Rodgers.
The latter was spotted out on the course for a tuneup Thursday, graciously spending time with his fans, including his ‘grandma.’
The 41-year-old has become a fixture at the competition over the years, and along the way developed a friendship with a woman named Carol Sargent after she introduced herself to him two decades ago.
And the quarterback and his ‘Tahoe grandma’ were seen embracing each other during his practice round on Thursday, as Carol excitedly put her arms in the air before wrapping Rodgers in a hug.

In a video taken by the Daily Mail, Carol could be seen affectionately holding his face before the friends could be seen walking arm-in-arm together.
Carol, who was featured in Rodgers’ ‘Enigma’ Netflix documentary, said seeing Rodgers at the tournament was her ‘favorite part of the year.
‘Because we’ve made a really nice friendship, and we appreciate each other and nice to catch up,’ she told the Daily Mail. ‘He’s a wonderful person, so I feel very fortunate.’
However, other spectators weren’t so fortunate. While the Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was happy to pose for photos and sign autographs, he drew the line at autograph hounds – borderline professionals who hunt for celebrity signatures to hock online and at trade shows.
In a video from Sports Illustrated’s Gilberto Manzano that has since gone viral on X, Rodgers is seen identifying one suspected autograph hound and refusing to play a part in the scheme.
The tournament is in its 36th year and has become a staple on the calendar, with a $750,000 purse up for grabs for the celebrity players.
Former pro tennis player Mardy Fish won in 2024, with Curry lifting the trophy in 2023 and ex-NFL star Tony Romo finding success back in 2022.
