Da’Vine Joy Randolph was resplendent in a gold gown when she hit the red carpet at the Time 100 Gala in New York City on Thursday. 

Thrown at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the star-studded affair welcomed a dazzling guest list of famous faces from all over the world.

Among them Da’Vine, 37, who is part of the Time 100 list this year, made her presence felt in a regal chiffon ensemble that featured an extravagant train.

Her custom Elisabetta Franchi gown went fashionably off the shoulder at one side and was decorated with crystals that caught the light.

The Broadway veteran’s latest honor comes just over a month after she won the Oscar for best supporting actress for her performance in The Holdovers.

Now, fresh off her triumph at the Academy Awards, Da’Vine turned up the glam factor again on the red carpet for the Time 100 Gala.

Once the event got going, Da’Vine was seated next to beloved Saturday Night Live alum Maya Rudolph, who treated the camera to a mischievous grin. 

Time Magazine unveiled their ravenously anticipated annual list of the world’s 100 most influential people earlier this month.

Taraji found herself in esteemed company on this year’s lineup, amid names ranging from Patrick Mahomes to Dua Lipa to 21 Savage.

n pop diva Kylie Minogue, Hamilton alum Leslie Odom Jr., Bollywood superstar Alia Bhatt and trans Juno star Elliot Page were also on the list.

Taylor Swift’s longtime collaborator Jack Antonoff, breakfast TV titan Kelly Ripa and anime legend Hayao Miyazaki are all receiving gongs as well.

Each honoree received a written tribute from another boldface name – Dua’s for example was written by Patti Smith and Kelly’s by Anderson Cooper.

Business mogul Mark Cuban got a glowing testimonial from Ashton Kutcher, whilst Michael J. Fox was treated to a blurb by Ryan Reynolds.

Sofia Coppola meanwhile was written up by Rashida Jones, who like her had an iconic father, and who starred in Sofia’s film On The Rocks.

The glittering awards ceremony was thrown this week but will not air on television until May 12, when viewers can tune into the extravaganza on ABC.

Thursday’s gala welcomed a fleet of top-flight celebrities who were not on the Time list as well, including Uma Thurman and Patrick’s wife Brittany Mahomes.
